•this is a perfect example of someone coming in and taking partial commission from the listing realtor. Jan was extremely helpful, yet came across as judgmental towards our choices in property. We appreciate the fact she assisted us in purchasing our home, but we were far from comfortable with her demeanor. Our dealings with her we're scattered, insulting at times, and far from what we anticipated our first time home buyers experience to be. Having knowledge in home building, we constantly found Jan to question, and almost disapprove of our choices. Our dealings were 90% with the lending company, and not Jan, finding ourselves multiple times to be several steps ahead of her in the knowledge of where the lending status stood, or even general paperwork needing to be filled out. Overall, Jan is great, but we felt very dismissed, even slightly racially judged by her and will never deal with her again.
