REMAX Now | Jamestown

Hi, I’m Alicia Wanzek — your local RE/MAX Now Realtor® serving Jamestown, North Dakota, and the surrounding communities! With a strong background in real estate, property management, and customer service, I bring over 7 years of experience helping people feel confident about one of life’s biggest investments—buying or selling a home. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, upsizing, downsizing, or looking for farmland or investment property, I’m here to make the process smooth, stress-free, and maybe even a little fun! I grew up in Minnesota, but I’m proud to call Jamestown, ND home—where my family roots run deep. My husband, Mitch, and I farm together while raising our four busy kids: Hadley, Jenner, Mara, and Ames. When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me cheering on UND hockey, soaking up sunshine at the lake, catching a country concert, or chasing kids to activities. If you’re looking for a Realtor® who knows the community, understands the market, and truly cares about helping you reach your goals, I’d love to be your go-to resource for all things real estate in Jamestown, ND and beyond.
