This was our second time working with Robert Sheedy. Robert has always been highly informative, has the heart of an educator, and was extremely patient with us for our unique situation. Robert is quick to inform and explain each form and process as needed, where I lacked understanding, while providing great insight to the happenings of the current real estate market. We sold our home while on a 30 Day road trip, where we had a few ups and downs with closing. I did not stress once. Robert was instrumental in helping me sell my brother’s house. Because I live in another state I relied on him to do many things to help get the house ready to list. He found contractors to repair, clean, paint and spruce the yard up. He was thoughtful about not calling too late because of the time zone difference. Robert listened to my ideas.
