Robert was instrumental in helping me sell my brother’s house. Because I live in another state I relied on him to do many things to help get the house ready to list. He found contractors to repair, clean, paint and spruce the yard up. He was thoughtful about not calling too late because of the time zone difference. Robert listened to my ideas. Robert was an absolute pleasure to work with and did went above and beyond to sell my house. He has a lot of experience in real estate, and extensive network connections with contractors, plumbers, etc to quickly assess and repair some unexpected problems at my house! Because I lived out of town, this was extremely helpful and saved me several trips back and forth, plus not having those connections that Robert has to get things done well and done in the needed quick time frame. Robert is experienced, trustworthy, knowledgeable, a very hard worker, a good communicator. He is very nice and easy to talk with. He knows what needs to be done and works hard and fast to do so. Cannot recommend anyone more highly. This is my 3rd house experience. Thank you, Robert! You’re the best!
