•We are a retired couple who have just recently relocated to Prescott, AZ from Seattle , Washington. Last fall we took a trip here to Prescott to check out the area, the city, the culture, and the housing market. We saw several of the Danley Team’s videos on YouTube and we were very impressed. So we reached out to them before our trip and arranged to meet. Shawn met with us and took us on a guided tour of the area. We said that we were definitely interested in relocating and working with him and Tiffany as our agents. We sold our home in the Pacific Northwest just last September, packed up, and headed south. Shawn and Tiffany are simply wonderful. We feel blessed and are very grateful to have had them as our agents. They are top drawer professionals, and have been highly attentive to our situations, needs, and budget. Turns out, we purchased the very first listing that they sent us … out of two dozen or more. They have guided us through all the paperwork machinations with consideration, expertise, and genuine warmth and kindness. We could not be happier with all that the Danley’s have done for us on our behalf. And we look forward to becoming even closer friends with Shawn, Tiffany, and there two wonderful children. Respectfully, David & Nalani Brown
