KT began helping us back in May of last year and she spent much time with us in person and virtually. She listened and became very aware of our wants and needs and gave great honest advice that was very helpful in making our final decision. We purchased our home in Prescott in Nov. and are extremely happy here. When KT was away a short time for a family emergency, she had a colleague help us on one of our trips out. We chose KT as our agent because of her expertise in the Prescott real estate market and because we were confident that she would help us with the sale of our home during a challenging time as we were simultaneously buying a business and relocating to another city. KT provided excellent advice on listing price, negotiating with prospective buyers, and working through unexpected hurdles in the closing process. She went the extra mile to help arrange inspections while we relocating and I am extremely grateful that she alleviated that burden and kept my stress level down. When challenges cropped up at the last minute, she worked with the buyers agent to find a solution and pressed hard to meet our closing deadline. I've had good & bad experiences with various real estate agents. Some try to push you into a particular home, for whatever reason. On the other hand KaTy listens to what you describe, and picks homes that are a close match to what you're looking for.
