Peter is the ultimate professional. He spent a great deal of time with me before I listed the house; going over the market analysis, comparing recent sales and the existing listings to make sure we priced it correctly. Prior to listing, he made sure all necessary repairs and maintenance were complete and his recommendations on staging the house worked to attract numerous qualified buyers. Peter is obviously very experienced and anticipated many logistical issues and took care of them for a quick, simple closing. He helped get the property clean and ready for sale. he explained to me the various steps required with the bank, lawyers, etc. He is good at seeing things from the point of view of all parties involved.

Martin was a joy to work with.We’ve bought several houses and never had anyone that made things so easy for us.He bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule and never let us downHe always returned our calls and texts promptly and got us an appointment for every house we wanted to see.I wanted to purchase another home but was dreading working with real estate because it was always frustrating because calls weren’t returned in a timely manner so we missed out on seeing homes we wanted to see.Imagine my delight and surprise to be lucky enough to find Martin.We looked at many homes and I began to get discouraged and he always had a positive attitude and a smile when I needed it.He’s now helping my daughter find her first home.I know she’s got the best!
