Michelle has great credentials, and excelled in every aspect of our adventure. She is professional, knowledgeable, personable, so helpful. She was patient and supportive with me as I tried to prepare, both mentally and physically, to sell my home of 44 years. Then, when I felt ready to put the house on the market, over night she had it posted. One week later it was sold for way more than I expected. She is a miracle worker!

Jennifer is Amazing. Every step of the journey, we were kept up to date. I have dealt with a lot of agents over the last couple of years and Jennifer surpassed them all!

Tom was an absolute gem to work with during this process. He we very open with communication and very honest with his thoughts on the property we were needing to sell. Tom was proactive in seeking assistance for us as we navigated through our probate/estate issues. Thank you Tom for all the help!

Michelle initially came to our home 5 months before we were ready to sell. We asked her to walk the house to ensure everything was good to go and we wouldn't have any surprises when we put it on the market. She also gave us a market analysis so we had a ballpark figure of the expected selling price. This was invaluable as we set up the preapproval paperwork to shop for our new home. Once we purchased our new home, Michelle scheduled the city inspection for the occupancy certificate and found us a local handyman to take care of a couple minor punchlist items the city requested. This saved us time and money as we didn't have to return to do it ourselves. Our home sold within days of being placed on the market at a price a bit higher than we originally expected. Michelle was great to work with and I would recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing or selling a home in her area. Thanks Michelle!

Jennifer is very knowledgeable of the market, and always took time to ensure that any questions were answered and understood. The sale of the house was during a very rough time, which she totally understood. She goes out of her way to help with any issues that arise about the sale, and I highly recommend her.
