Prior to becoming a Realtor® I spent the last decade working in the legal field. I spent majority of this time working as a paralegal assisting real estate attorneys in a wide range of intricate real estate transactions. This includes; working with underwriters to clear title on complicated investment properties, assisting property management companies with difficult legal issues, helping borrowers short sell their home and of course buying and selling single family homes.
During my time as paralegal I developed a passion for working inside the real estate industry. I truly enjoy helping people achieve their goals. It is this passion for helping others that pushed me to become a Realtor®. I believe as a Realtor®, accompanied with my legal background, I bring unique experience that can assist in a majority of real estate transactions.

Fantastic Experience

I have spent 30+ years in the real estate market and at one point, owned a residential real estate brokerage firm in MA. I know a good agent/broker when I see one and Ross Hardy of The Hardy Team, is probably the best I've ever done business with. In all my years of buying and selling, I've never run across a more competent and professional Broker. Ross' market knowledge, far exceeded anyone else I consulted with in FL and he was able to quickly get my home sold for a great price, despite the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, which complicated everything. I am extremely happy with the standard of service I have received from Ross. He is clearly driven, knowledgeable, and passionate about his work. Not having any idea what I was doing he kept me informed and updated every step of the way through text and emails. His response time was immediate. He is very friendly and, right from the start, answered all my questions with an open and honest attitude. He gave me great tips on what should be fixed/updated to make a profit for myself and not to benefit him. I can’t thank Ross and his team enough for the stress free and fast selling process.
