Sandi listed my investment property in Statesville and got it sold within days! She was very helpful throughout the whole process from listing, to reccomendations to getting the closing completed without any issues. Really appreciate her work and would highly reccomend!

Amanda Stokes represented my wife and I as a buyers agent and the experience was outstanding. She is best agent I have encountered while buying and selling real estate for over 40 years. She is an agent that exhibits a very high moral standard that always endeavors to do what is honest and right. Her knowledge of real estate and the local area is absolutely fantastic. These assets coupled with her and numerous contacts within the community are a valuable asset to both a buyer and seller. I would not hesitate to have her represent me as a buyers, sellers or dual agent. Like the title says, Simply the Best.

Amanda helped me buy and recently sell the same house. Therefore, I'm a repeat customer. She did everything in her power to explain the steps in the closing, stay ahead of the paperwork, and clear constant communication through the entire process. I'm very happy with the customer service I have received both times and will recommend her every chance I get.

Amanda took time to walk us step by step through the home buying process. She is very knowledgeable in the Hickory, NC area and her area of expertise in real estate. It was a pleasure working with Amanda, who was always positive during the entire process. We will definitely be using Amanda again, if we plan on buying more property/homes in the future.

Sandi is very professional, absolutely the best realtor we could have worked with. She was punctual, committed to always doing her best and went out of her way to make the process easy. At first she gave us a review of market value, later dealt with several offers made on our property and walked us through each step to closing. We couldn’t have found a more reliable, professional realtor who was friendly and caring at a time that was stressful. We would highly recommend using Sandi.

Amanda was AMAZING during the entire process of helping my wife and I purchase our new home and even with selling our townhome. Amanda is very knowledgeable and looks out for the best interest of her buyers and sellers. I will only use Amanda with ReMax Legendary because I have had an amazing and smooth transition with each home purchase she has helped me with and with the selling of two homes now. I highly recommend her.

Amanda was recommended to us by a friend. She turned out to be the best realtor I have had the experience of working with. We initially tried to buy a piece of property that fell through. My wife and I were going to just give up, but Amanda asked about properties in the same area that we were interested in and reached out to several owners. We ended up buying a property that had more acreage than our initial choice with a better building site. Amanda made the closing process fast and easy. She is a great communicator and very knowledgeable of property values in the area. I would highly recommend Amanda.
