•As soon as I was introduced to Dale at ReMax, he immediately started to work and took on every detail to sell my home in VA. This included all of the pre-listing, sale, and closing activities. I was focused on moving into a new home, 1,300 miles away. By using Dale as the realtor, I also received the expertise of his wife's staging business (Staged4Success). The benefit well outweighed any additional cost to stage my home for sale. Estimates and options were provided before any work was done. All receipts were provided before payment. Dale identified, scheduled, and negotiated pricing for any work done by contractors. He even did some of the odd jobs himself. Everything was completed timely, at the best price, and legally or to code, if required. All changes were immediately documented and signed. My home was listed, sold, and closed in less than 2 months. I also received the asking price! I am so grateful for the work Dale and Donna did. Dale definitely set the bar high for realtors! Highly recommended even if you are just thinking about buying or selling a home!
