Candyce helped me buy my home and sell it. She was patient and beyond knowledgeable. Her negotiating skills helped me get my home during a time when the market was just insane because interest rates were low. There was always an open line of communication and her knowledge of the market and what I needed to focus on to sell was amazing. I did all the things she told me to focus on and we got an amazing price when I sold. Again you won’t find a better realtor in the area.

We had heard great things about Candice for many years so when we decided to sell our home of 23 years and buy in a new location, Candice was an easy choice. It took over a year to find our new home but we never felt pressured. Candice offered great insights as we went through the process. When we did find our new home, things kicked into high gear fast and we were so grateful for Candice’s guidance and care. She knows the business and the market.
