•As a first time buyer, Donna made the process very easy. No amount of naive, redundant questioning could derail her level headed approach. Her experience with condominiums in particular was what sold me and looking back, it was evident every step of the way. Donna was very responsive by phone and email and despite my nervousness and uncertainty, she was calm the whole way through. On top of that, she was just really friendly and easy to talk to which meant a lot to me. There were probably many times she could have dismissed a stupid question or told me not to worry about something but instead she always took the time to give me an explanation. Her personality, experience, and knowledge of the area made her a great fit.
