With the support of her husband Tom and her family, Mindy built a thriving business based on trust, care, service and strong client relationships. Never allowing quantity to supersede quality of service, Mindy has very carefully grown the business, being ever mindful to keep client’s needs as her top priority. In 2016, increased requests for Mindy's high-level of service and expertise required her to carefully select an experienced assistant. With demand still rapidly increasing, Mindy sought to add a like-minded broker to the team. Thus, her husband Tom, a successful contractor and business owner, took a leap of faith to become a real estate broker and join Mindy. Tom, having watched Mindy work with clients for over a decade and sharing the same core values of trust, service, loyalty and quality, in addition to his vast knowledge of construction, was the perfect fit. With the foundation in place, Mindy began to explore ways to increase value and service for her clients, while expanding marketing reach to gain even greater exposure and success for them. It was obvious to Mindy that the next step was social media and digital marketing, and branding veteran Lisa joined the team and dove right in. Roland was born and raised in Terrell, TX. Through out the years he has had the luxury of experiencing many of life's activities, including playing several sports of which include soccer, football, baseball and bull riding to name a few. He started his occupational experience in the service industry waiting tables to working in sales at a local farm and ranch store. Many of his family worked in the trucking industry and it didn't take long till he followed in those footsteps. He started out like many spending months out while getting to see home a couple days at a time in between. His love for quality family time pushed him to gain enough experience to start his own company and in 2017 he did just that. With his newly found home time he got into the real estate business by flipping homes and quickly gained a love for the business. So the natural next step for him was to become a licensed sales agent. Roland is drawn to the ability to help others in their life's journey, including helping them in one of life's biggest steps of home ownership. He believes there is a house out there for you if you look hard enough and he takes pride and joy in being able to accomplish that while creating life long relationships with those that come in his path. Besides real estate he is a husband to a beautiful wife Crystal Davis who he teams with in real estate, father to two amazing children, very active in his church and an active Mason/Shriner. He is deeply rooted in the concept of God & Family first. But will also tell you that not all family is blood. He will rise to the opportunity to lend a hand wherever he can.
