Tracy has expert skills in photographing the property and spot on in appraisal. Her honesty is 150%. Her very own client wanted to make an offer on the house. So, being our representative, she gave the buyer to another agent. Her goal was to represent us, the seller. I had never heard of this awesome business ethics. The entire process went smooth and uneventful. I would use Tracy again and recommend her to all my friends and family. Also note, after we moved into our new home, we had questions about appraisals and Tracy very happily assisted us and guided us in the matter.
