I highly recommend David Mohabir to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. He exceeded my expectations and he made what seemed at times to be a stressful situation into a joyous one. David is very knowledgeable about this business and patient. David made himself available at anytime for questions or concerns. David treated us like family and I am completely satisfied with the entire experience. I have already referred David to a previous neighbor and will definitely use him in the future if need be.

David is full experience and it makes you feel like you’re in good hands. While working with him he remains fully supportive and healthily objective so he doesn’t superimpose. David is reliable, communicative, and he really went beyond the bear minimum in our experience with him. So far we have closed on 2 homes with him and look forward to closing on more in the future. Thank you David for always give us excellent service.
