Wouldn't you know it we decided to sell our home in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. We reached out to the same real estate agent who helped us buy the home 7 years prior, Gail Schoeneberg. Her occasional flyers (great idea) we received in the mail confirmed she was working and available. She fully explained the Covid-19 requirements in showing the home. Her positive attitude gave us the confidence we needed. Very thorough review and explanation of home value on the listing price. Beautiful presentation of photographs and tour video. It took less than 3 weeks from date home listed to get an offer. Had a showing hours after home was listed. Wow! Her bubbly personality, enthusiasm, knowledge, responsiveness and consistent communication was so assuring. If we had questions, she was quick to call back no matter how trivial. Always kept us updated during the process down to the moment the property was sold and recorded. We would highly recommend her without reservation.
