•AD Smith is beyond anything a home buyer could expect from there realtor. We were first time home buyers and didn’t know where to start or how the processed worked. He would walk us through all the loan docs. Was never pushy, and let us from our own option on homes. He not only got to know us and what we liked and didn’t like he would find homes in our style before we even noticed them our self or passed them up. He is very fast to respond to text or calls. I remember one time I texted him at 11pm to reconsider a offer and he was on it. if we saw a home we loved he had an offer ready with in the hours of that day! AD is above a 5 Star and the most humble honest person our family has met! Thanks AD for helping us make our dream a reality ?
