Jan helped us to buy our new home and was extremely helpful during what was a stressful home sale/but process that was outside of our control. She helped us navigate renting from our sellers and worked to ensure the deal remained on track until we had completed our home sale process. Dave was knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. He connected us with a great lender and gave up multiple weekends to help us house hunt. We leaned on his expertise many times throughout the decision process, especially when it came to speculating if houses were underpriced or overpriced and how much to offer (something only someone in the industry truly understands). Toward the end of our journey, he advocated for us through the negotiating process of getting under contract and ensuring the best transaction possible. We were pleased with our experience. We also enjoyed Dave's humor. :)

We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. Dave far exceeded our expectations. Dave Eliason was referred to me by one of my best friends who had worked with him a couple times. He helped us buy our first home and we could not have been happier. He spent a lot of time with us looking at various properties so we could begin to understand what we wanted and helped us negotiate a great deal once we found it! My husband and I found him to be super patient and passionate about helping people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
