Menyoun is a caring, knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent who was extremely helpful in navigating the current market with all its craziness. We are so happy that Sylvia Gandara was our realtor in finding our new home. We thought it would be very stressful looking for a home within our budget and dealing with all the paper work, but Sylvia put us at ease right from the start. She always had a list of homes we could tour, and helped us consider all the pros and cons of our concerns. Sylvia never never declined to take us wherever we wanted to go and even helped us with questions we had about the loan agent at our bank. She even intervened for us when we asked her to in order to help us understand escrow procedures. Sylvia is so knowledgeable, professional, and she was always available, no matter what time we called her. She is truly a gem. Anyone would be lucky to have such an accommodating realtor. We didn't know they still existed!

It was a complete pleasure working with Jaie, she went above and beyond our expectations while helping us purchase our first home. My wife and I were expecting our first child and needed to get into a home in a short amount of time. Jaie took us to several houses that were very different to help us understand what we liked and what we ultimately wanted in a house. When we settled on one that we liked, she was extremely helpful in writing a competitive offer and getting that offer accepted. Through the closing process a problem arose with the sellers and their original agent, Jaie stepped up in a big way to ensure the deal stayed on track and that we were able to get into the house. Through the entire process, from coaching two first-time homebuyers on what to look for to doing the work of two agents in the closing of the deal, Jaie was a complete pleasure to work with and helped us understand what was going on and what our options were. I worked with Jaie to find my perfect home for about 2 years. I know its crazy but I knew what I wanted and I didn't want to compromise. In the end she was more then amazing. The agent for the seller was a part-time agent so she pretty much did all the work. She recommended a lender who was wonderful, she recommended home inspectors who were wonderful, and the escrow was very short and sweet. With our initial offer she was able to make recommendations that made ours stand out against all the others, we needed up initially not having our offer accepted but then that buyer pulled out within less then 24 hours and they moved forward with us. It was crazy how perfectly it turned out. We love our home and the 2 year search was worth it. I would recommend her to all my friends that live in the foothill area and anyone who is selling a property as well.
