Deb was fantastic, she worked tirelessly for us answering emails and texts at all hours and all the day of the week. She was so dedicated to helping us find the right home and advising us on how to stage our home for sale. Our house sold with the first walkthrough and the new owners met our selling price without issue or counteroffer (this is very unusual). Debs candor is spot on. She would let us know truthfully, issues, and if a house was a good fit for us or not. We wanted to just settle a few times but Deb kept pushing us forward to find just what we were looking for, and we did. We are so thankful that she is our realtor. She still answers questions and helps us find answers after two weeks of being in our new home. My wife and I Thank you Deb. We are truly blessed to know you.

Tracy was our realtor for a build in the Kearney area and was very responsive and complete on our many questions as the contract, specs, and construction phases proceeded. She makes good use of ph contact, email, and/or texting to communicate effectively. Her availability for such was the best we've experienced to date, exceeding expectations. Tracy was very helpful in helping us out with finding a home in MO. Not being from here she was very kind and understanding of our situation. She kept us informed of everything. She gave us educated options and time to think about what would be best for our family. She didnt give up on us and continued to look for homes even though we had looked at many. We would send her pics and she went above and beyond. I most certainly recommend her for anyone seeking a home. She is down to earth, realistic, a go getter, and not afraid to ask questions. She gave us a red carpet treatment. Proud to say we know her and she did an absolute amazing job. Thank you is not enough said.
