Crystal was there to help us from beginning to end. When my wife and I were thinking about selling we called Crystal to get an idea of what she thought our house would sell for. She provided an extensive list of comparable homes in the area and also a list of things she thought we should do to make the house more sellable. She thought of every detail. When we were ready to move forward, the listing process was smooth. And when we did receive an acceptable offer, Crystal helped us finalize negotiations without a hitch. Finally, Crystal made sure closing went super easy. Everything Crystal does is professional and efficient. Highly recommend working with Crystal for any real estate transaction.

Crystal was amazing from start to finish. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She will fight for you as if you were a family member and really puts herself in your shoes. Her communication is awesome, I would text her or call her and she would always answer even if she was in the middle of the ocean boating with her family. She was very resourceful and helped us get through all of the obstacles we had during our transaction. We were going to loose the house we had been building for a year because the realtor we had prior to her couldn't sell our house in a timely manner and she went as far as to contacting the builder, she got us an extension and sold our house in a record time. Not only she helped us sell our house and get into our new house but 7 months after this transaction she sent us a reminder to file for tax exception on our new house. I have been a part of several real estate transactions and have worked with many realtors but none of them tops Crystal. She is extremely good at what she does and cares deeply about her clients, it comes as no surprise she is so successful and has received so many awards and recognitions. I recommend her 100%!!!!

Crystal is a gem of a person and the jackpot of realtors. We recently sold and purchased a home, a daunting process which was new to us, thanks to her expert advice. I was extremely nervous about selling my 1st home. Seeing how knowledgeable Crystal was and how well recommended she was gave me the push I needed to contact her. Crystal went over everything before I even asked. Was so friendly, thorough and always quick to respond and available. I was under multiple offers and under contract in less than a week. I closed on "my" home by end of month! Quick, and simple. I will be sure to go back to Crystal for any future needs and will make sure to continue referring her to anyone who asks.

Crystal went above and beyond to help me sell my mom's house. Professional, knowledgeable, and EXTREMELY helpful. You can tell she really cares about her clients, not just the sale. It was a difficult time for me and my mom and I was out of town for most of the process. Crystal took care of everything we needed and had the patience of Job! Cannot recommend her, enough.
