I recently had the pleasure of working with Crystal to sell my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From our very first meeting, she demonstrated a high level of professionalism, market knowledge, and genuine care for my goals. Crystal guided me through every step of the process, from pricing and staging to showings and negotiations. Her marketing strategy was thoughtful and effective — we received multiple strong offers shortly after listing. Communication was always prompt and clear, and I truly felt like I had an advocate throughout the entire transaction. Thanks to her hard work and expertise, the sale went smoothly and closed on schedule. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. You’ll be in excellent hands.

We were relocating from MD to FL. This was during the height of the Real Estate boom. Numerous times by the time I landed at the airport the house/s would be under contract. She would find new ones to look at for me. She is at the top of her game. You won’t find anyone better.

This is the second time I’ve had the pleasure of working with Crystal as my realtor, and once again, she exceeded all expectations. She helped me purchase my home five years ago, and just recently, she guided me through the sale of my home. Despite the current market being incredibly tough, Crystal managed to sell my home in under two months—a true testament to her expertise and dedication. From start to finish, she was by my side every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Her communication was clear and consistent, her negotiating skills were sharp, and her market knowledge was absolutely top tier. I always felt informed, supported, and confident in every decision thanks to her guidance. I highly recommend Crystal to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She’s a true professional and someone you definitely want in your corner.

Crystal was very responsive when asked about additional property details, builder information, preexisting home information, etc. She would also follow up afterwards to see if we needed anything additional. Crystal was diligent in her process to help us find the right house for us. If she didn’t know the answer she would get the answer quickly. Crystal spent hours at our new home walk-through to thoroughly inspect the house to make sure it was move-in ready from the builder. She was phenomenal to work with!
