Jonathan is now the only realtor that we will use and we would referrer anyone to him. My wife found him on Facebook and he stepped up to work outside of his normal area (Douglas county) and helped us close quickly close on a house out in Lake County. That was 3 weeks ago and looking back on everything he made the stressful process almost fun.
Jonathan’s proactive nature and attention to detail allowed us to get a house on our 2nd offer (one house previous to this one) and we were able to close in 26 days. That sounds like there were no curve balls, there were surprises but Jonathan was able to walk us through and keep everything on track. Zero communication problems, I don’t think this man sleeps, his recommendations were spot on and following his sage advice we got the house we wanted.
We did get lucky with a few things so 26 days is not average, but if you are looking for a smart, capable agent to have in your corner I would just give Jonathan a call. I know Jonathan cares deeply about his clients, he mentioned his heart break over a couple that didn’t get a house after months of effort and it took a toll on him. If you want a large agency to push you through a process look somewhere else, If you want the personal attention and care from a human being that has your best interests in mind call Jonathan!
