We contacted Debra after interviewing 2 other real estate agents. Debra was frank, responsive, timely and honest. She (almost) immediately responded to all of our calls and questions. She suggested upgrades to make our home more attractive. She directed an impressive video that showed off our home and property. She challenged us to prepare the house for sale at an ideal time. She warned us of possible roadblocks and helped allay our anxieties. Ultimately she sold the house for more than its listed price. We were very impressed with her style and results. I have therefore given her the highest possible ratings!

Deb was great! Her timing of listing our home was spot on, we had a firm contract in 2 days! We were so pleased with her professional and yet friendly and personable approach. She was very easy to work with as well as get hold of. Very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The online paper work was easy to use, her assistant was prompt in sending emails of the completed contracts. The photographer was efficient and very nice to work with, the pictures were great. When it came to negotiating a few things she was totally involved and worked quickly with advice as needed in what to do, very much appreciated. Would we recommend her, You bet we would!

What an absolute pleasure Lisa made this process! She took every step to ensure we got the home we wanted. Once we found it she got us the best deal then once the inspection was done she negotiated to get the bigger fixes fixed. She got us in the house we wanted, at a lower price then we wanted, with everything in the shape we wanted. Very professional and was never too busy to take an odd time phone call throughout the process.. We are U.S. Marines and used the VA home loan and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the VA loan ins and outs. Highly recommend!
