The way this market is set up I thought I would never purchase a home until I met Troy. Troy was my realtor “knight & shining armor”. Betty was a pleasure to work with. We consulted with her in December 2019 just to see what the house was worth and if it was a good time to sale. Betty made some suggestions and I took them to heart and did everything is told me to do. So when it came time for us to sale on our house in August 2020. She was very professional came over took amazing pictures of the house and property. When it came to showing the house, we have two husky and a cat so she was very understanding that I could only show the house on weekends. She had a open house that Saturday and we had multiple offers that day. She got us well over what we expected. She worked hard to make sure that everything up until closing went as smooth as it could be.
