I've known Betty for quite a few years now and have used her services in the past. She is a hard working woman! She had my back during this entire process. She gave me excellent advice to prepare my home for the listing. She held numerous open houses at my home for sale. And she always gave me potential buyers feedback after every open house and would follow through with them to see if they wanted to make an offer. She responded back to me promptly to every phone call and text. At a time when the market was changing rapidly due to inflation and higher rates she stayed positive the entire time. My house had a lot of positive selling points but it wasn't perfect inside with the latest updates. Major changes in my life led me to wanting to list my house for sale in a short amount of time. Betty has a knack for knowing which house shoppers to pursue after showing a home. Whereas I would've given up on a potential buyer after so many weeks of "no action" - she doesn't - she has a very good feel for this business. And she loves what she does!
