When I moved to Florida in 2021 I had my first dealings with Patricia, she helped me find a home close to my aging parents. It was a big move from PA to Fl. She was wonderful every step of the way. Fast forward three years, had to sell that home and move in with my mom after my dad passed away, Patricia handled that for me as well - house sold in 1 day. It was wonderful. A little over a year later my mom and I moved to a smaller new build and we brought Patricia along to be our advocate, which we needed as there were some hiccups in the building process. After clearing out many years of living within the parents original Florida house we put it up for sale with Patricia.
