Selling a home during this difficult time ( CoVid 19 ) was indeed a challenge. I was surprised that so many people were willing to actually come and look at our property in person, knowing the risks that our area was facing with the virus. The online virtual house tour set up by Patricia and Chris was an excellent tool for our needs, and it truly enhanced the beauty of our home and its location. However.....leading up to (and throughout) the process of the sale of our home was a different sort of challenge. Needed documentation was not readily available, and my husband and I were met with extreme researching (on our part) to secure everything that was overlooked by our local Title Company. For this, we are quite upset and disillusioned with the real estate process in Florida. (Shame on you, Title Company, for not doing your job!) I did feel, at times, we were doing a whole lot more hustle than we needed to be doing... on our own. It caused an extreme amount of stress and aggravation. Ours was a particularly difficult case, and it took many, many man hours (and OUR extra money!) to get the job done. We were not happy about that at all. In the long run, though, the job DID get done.....and Patricia's calm and charming demeanor helped us throughout the process. We are happy to have it all behind us now. Thank you, Patricia and Chris, for getting the job done for us!

My family and I recently purchased a home in the Windermere area. We moved from California and we were going to be in Florida for two weeks. We had a realtor we had been talking to and we had scheduled to meet with him as soon as we arrived. When we arrived in Florida he kept giving us the run around and so many excuses on why he wasn't available. I reached out to realtors and Sherry contacted me immediately. Within two days we met with her and she had properties lined up for us to see. She was very nice and patient when showing us the properties. We never felt like she was rushing us when we were walking the properties. She went above and beyond, she was so helpful. Sherry would walk the property and even point out things that we had overlooked. Thanks to that we were able to walk away from some properties that needed a little bit too much work than what we were looking for. When we finally found the house we wanted to put in an offer, she was very helpful. Every time we had a concern or a question she always cleared it out immediately. When we called or texted her she would always respond immediately. We were due to fly back to California and she offered that if we needed anything done in the property, like let anyone in for inspection or any work we were going to get done, she would stop by the property and open the doors and stay there until they were done. My wife and I are very pleased with Sherry. Over all she made a very stressful situation into a great experience.
