CHRIS DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB ON PROVIDING ANY INFO I NEEDED. AS A FIRST TIME BUYER, I WAS CLUELESS ON THE WHOLE PROCESS AND I AM GLAD I HAD THE CHANCE TO HAVE CHRIS AS MY REALTOR. HE MADE THE PROCESS EASY. EXPLAINED TO ME EVERYTHING I NEEDED AND WANTED TO KNOW. HE WAS QUICK WITH RESPONDING BACK TO ME, WHICH I APPRECIATED ALOT. HE TOOK THE LEAD INTO HELPING ME GET THINGS DONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO MAKE SURE THE CLOSING HAPPENED. TOOK ON A ROLE HE DID NOT HAVE TO. AND FOR THAT WE HAVE OUR FIRST HOME. HE CONNECTED ME TO INSPECTORS AND INSURANCE AGENTS. WHICH ALSO MADE THE PROCESS FOR ME SMOOTHER SO I DIDN'T STRESS ON GETTING THE JOB AND SERVICES DONE ACCORDINGLY. HE MADE SURE TO SHOW US ALL THE HOUSES WE WERE INTERESTED IN, ALSO POINTED OUT THINGS ON THE HOME TO LOOK OUT FOR BEFORE BUYING A HOME. HE WAS THERE FOR US THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS MAKING SURE WE WERE ON TRACK FOR CLOSING. HE WENT OVER AND BEYOND DOING THINGS FOR US THAT HE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DO AND I APPRECIATE IT SO MUCH. HE ALSO HELPED US WITH GETTING PRICES FOR THE HOMES TO FIGURE OUR BEST OFFER TO THE HOME. HE IS LOCAL AND AVAILABLE. THANK YOU SO MUCH CHRIS. I WILL FOR SURE GO BACK TO HIM FOR MY NEXT HOME PURCHASE

Patricia is my 'go to person' when it comes to Real Estate. When I moved to central Florida a year ago, she helped me find a rental home. She was kind enough to tour homes we were interested and call us via Facetime so we could see the property, as we didn’t live here yet and had to move sight unseen.After a year of living in our rental, we decided we wanted to buy. Patricia helped me find some trusted lenders and after getting pre-qualified, we began touring homes.We toured several homes, and throughout the process Patricia kept in constant contact with us, and even started finding homes that fit what we were looking for. In the end, we made several offers on homes, and ended up having one accepted.
