This home was my mother's where she had lived since 1959. It had good bones but needed some love on the inside since it was retro 70's and looked it! We didn't have any money or time and effort to put into fixing it up so we sold it as is. Mark found a wonderful couple who were really interested in having this home and were willing to put in the work to provide the love it needs. Having never sold a home before, Mark guided us through the process with humor and grace. He was always there to answer all our questions and always responded quickly. We couldn't be more pleased!!!

I found Brett and team to be ultimately competent in all aspects of our transactions. They were very informative, proactive and were available at any time to explain something or help coach my family through the process. We felt that we were in good hands the entire way. There was never a moment we had to wait on them to do something. All next steps were lined out well in advance. They communicated well whether it was good news, hiccups or hard to hear items. I would say that my family would use them again, but they already got us our forever home, we wont need their services ever again because of how well they did. The best I can do is recommend them to others going through this life change.

My elder sister was moving from her home to assisted living in another state. Brett and Traci were recommended to us by her financial adviser. They worked with our family to sell the home quickly and with no problems. We were two states away but they kept us up to date on every step of the sale - all the way through closing.
