REMAX Haven Realty | Solon

Sarah was absolutely wonderful to work with! She helped us win the bid on our new home and sell our previous home quickly. Buying and selling at the same time can be stressful, but Sarah made the entire process smooth and manageable. She was always responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond for us every step of the way. We are so grateful for all her hard work and dedication. We highly recommend Sarah to anyone buying or selling a home—she is truly an amazing realtor and someone you want in your corner!

Barb was easy to work with during the search for our home. She was patient, friendly, communicates well and is dedicated to her profession. We had a lot of last minute viewings and she was available most of the times but if she couldn’t be there she always had an associate available to help us. She has a great understanding of the local market and her ability to handle negotiations was exceptional. We would highly recommend Barb to anyone looking.

I’ve used Barb for numerous house purchases and selling over the last 15 years. She is responsive, thorough, and gets the job done, which is why I use her and will continue to use her services in the future if needed.

properties available for our review based on our criteria of what we were interested in viewing. She set up appointments promptly and scheduled 2-3 within the location we were looking for. She reviewed the properties and provided a detailed write-up of the property when we walked through it. She was courteous and knowledgeable about the properties we viewed. She was proactive in getting the property viewing of the condo we fell in love with within less than a day. She did well walking through the property we bought within a day. She kept us informed throughout the selling process, was timely, and told us all the steps up to closing. She was professional and did a great job as our agent. Thanks, Barb
