Our adventure with Larry started in December of 2025 and it was quite the electric car adventure. I'm going to summarize our little electric car escapade and say that our initial introduction to Larry was impressive! He followed us in our rented electric vehicle trying to help us find a place to charge it, while we were looking at homes. He went above and beyond and was genuinely concerned for our well-being. Fast forward to May 2026-we toured a few homes and found the home we ended up purchasing. During the process, (and even on vacation attending a family wedding in another country) Larry called, texted and emailed to follow-up with us and help answer any questions we had. He was with us at the home inspection (4 hours in the heat) and never failed to let us know he was in our corner and had our back during the entire home sale process. He has called several times after the sale and continues to stay in touch with us and put us in touch with local companies to ensure we could address any home maintenance issues that might arise. He again went above and beyond and surprised us with a wonderful "welcome to your new home" let me take care of something I know you know want to eventually have done gift. He genuinely has a vested interest in the local community and the people that live there and has made us feel part of that community and hasn't left us hanging out to dry. Larry is genuinely a caring person, and we are thankful for his care, knowledge, and going above and beyond!
