I went to Teresa after my first agent allowed three houses to slip through our fingers. Teresa knew the industry and devised a strategy to make sure we avoided the tricks being played in Northern CA What hurt us before we me Teresa was the trick of offering 20K over the asking price (to deter other buyers) only to renegotiate with the seller and get the house for asking. We got a house we wanted and there was no counters to deal with... the buyers accepted our price and we even negotiated appliances and some money off for repairs.

February, 2017 Teresa is the best. Honest, reliable & hard working. She will go the extra mile for you. She has sold properties for me & helped me purchase a property. She is an excellent Realtor and Interior Decorator. She will give you sound advice & help you as much as you want her to. She even took me shopping to R.C. Willey and Ikea. She is always available by phone or email. She is a decent person, very dedicated to her job & her clients. I highly recommend Teresa as your go to Realtor... Helen Butler, Fair Oaks, CA

Teresa Gilland, as our seller's agent, provided timely, courteous, and professional service. She was very personable and knowledgeable, and she helped us determine the appropriate asking price for our condo. As a result, we received an offer within a few weeks of listing it. She went above and beyond any real estate agent we've ever used before by helping us prepare our condo for showing, meeting with utility persons and contractors to have certain items fixed when we were unable to be there, and handling in a timely manner all of the documents we needed to sign. She also kept us updated on a regular basis. We could not recommend an agent any more highly than Teresa. She was truly wonderful!

Teresa sold our condo in November of 2016. It was on the market for only two days before we received a full price offer and we closed escrow within 2 weeks. She continually helped us through the sale process and quickly resolved any problems we came up against. She was even kind enough to help take care of an issue after the close of escrow. I would highly recommend Teresa as a realtor and hope that in the future we have the opportunity to work with her again.

Valarie is a completely professional realtor. My wife and I are rather particular about having things completed promptly and correctly, and she was always prepared, knowledgeable and comfortable to work with. She worked relentlessly to sell and close our house, and we would work with her again without any hesitation or question. A true real estate professional.

Teresa made our experience selling our home very positive, from our first meeting where she right away started helping me stage rooms, to being available for inspections when I was not around. I felt I was in very qualified hands from start to finish. If you want to work with an agent that goes beyond what the average agent does then Teresa is the one you want to work with! Thank-you, Debbie Bizzell

Kim was great to work with. He knew what he was doing and was available when we wanted to see a house. He was very knowledgable about making repairs and how much things would cost which helped me a lot whether or not to put an offer in or not. He was very patient with us and didn't want to just sell us a house but help us find a home.

Teresa Gilland helped me buy my first home. She contacted my Mother and thought of me when this house was on the market. Since it was my first home i was unsure of the process. She guided me through every step of the way and followed up with emails and calls for any question that i may have. I am so thankful to have Teresa as my agent. She really cares about her clients. Teresa is someone who went above and beyond and I would certainly recommend her services to anyone that is interested in buying or selling a home.
