Linda is very knowledgeable in her field. She knew exactly what to do helped us to make good choices based on her advice , and once we found a home we loved. Our offer was accepted among 8 other offers and we were able to close on our house in two weeks. After the purchase of our home service was also excellent. She not hot only helped us to buy a house but she also offered to help us to find a renter to take over our lease. I am still calling her to ask about who she would recommend for landscaping , repairs, or electrician. she made buying a home stress free and a fun journey Thank you linda we love our new home.

We were selling a property but did not live locally. We were nervous about the logistics of managing any maintenance pre-sale, and Jack was able to not only provide us with reasonable contractors, but he let us know what was and was not absolutely necessary in terms of repairs to the property, which had sustained some damage. Jack was super friendly, and very responsive. We closed quickly, and at a fair market value. I HIGHLY recommend their services.
