We live out of state, so his services included coordinating the move out of our rental tenants; property inspection; recommendations on what we should do to prep the house for sale to maximize our return; recommendation of contractors to do the work; scheduling repairs; then listing the property. This whole process took less than a month. He recommended a price; and we received an offer, above asking, within 1 day of the listing. At every corner, if we had questions, Jack had answers. Jack Cote, a real estate agent for Chase international, has to be one of the nicest and most professional people I’ve ever met. His caring style, his “the client always comes first” attitude is surprising, yet especially refreshing in this day and age. I can’t begin to count how many times he went out of his way for us - whether it was going to an inspection, taking pictures, making a video, measuring the length and width of something, “kidnapping” us for a Starbucks run, answering questions at all hours of the day and night, or making sure that every last detail was covered and thoroughly explained, Jack does it all…and he does it with a smile on his face and a love for what he does. He spent an incredible amount of time with us and even volunteered to pick us up at the airport. He is the genuine article and clearly has to be one of the best real estate agents in Reno.
