Linda Nordblad assisted me with the purchase of my home in Sparks. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and real estate in general (my father was a Broker so I know a good real estate professional when I see one!) She had wonderful observations and suggestions and even came up with the idea to ask the seller to swap the new electric range for a gas one when we noticed there was natural gas available - and he did it! I never would have even thought to ask that. Linda is also extremely responsive and helped to negotiate a really wonderful deal for me. I am super grateful and would highly recommend Linda.

What to say about Linda...think the list would be sorter to say the things she isn't. Linda was Exceptional, with a capital E. She would move mountains for you and is the number one reason I am living in the home I am in now. I am not one to write reviews on anything, but felt I needed to say a few words.As a first-time homebuyer she really made you feel like family and explained everything simply and clearly. I have heard the horror stories of homebuying...and very lucky to not have that experience what-so-ever. It was a very smooth process and would 100% recommend Linda as my or anyone else's agent.She communicated well via phone, text, email and responded quickly. You felt comfortable asking her questions, big or small. She was also very honest/truthful and not afraid to tell you the bad news first, which I respect as I know others would sugar coat such subjects. During the house showings she would go about the house with you inspecting it as if she was buying the house for herself, leaving no stone unturned. I really could go on and on. She was great...
