Jack just helped me close escrow, its my seventh transaction using his services. I wish Jack would teach a class on customer service. If his methods were to be followed, American business would be thriving. He listened to what my needs were, but also suggested for my benefit not his, alternatives to either save money or way to quicken the sale. Very rare indeed these days.
