Being winter and the weather over the pass being unpredictable, this meant that we were not able to come and take care of things quickly. Jack was very patient with all of us and handled so many of the necessary things involved in selling mom's place, including being there with repairmen, fixing things himself and just being so responsive. Jack and Melody Coté are by far the BEST realtors - we have had the pleasure to work with them during selling homes and buying homes. As a listing agent, they think of everything. They help make the home show the best, they have the best photographer who takes daytime photos but also pictures at night to show the house beautifully with the evening landscape lighting, and the write up detail helps the house description bring in the buyers! We just sold our primary home and Jack and Melody helped us get a top offer. They walked us through every step of the way. Jack and Melody are fantastic as buyers agents as well. We are now in the process of buying a new primary residence and we are impressed with their knowledge of the entire Reno area and surrounding regions. We have contacted them Friday afternoon, when a house newly hits the market, and they have arranged for us to see the property as soon as the seller is available for a showing.
