Kristen is heads & shoulders above all the other realtors I've used (and I've used 4 in the recent past to sell other properties). She listened to my needs, sifted through inventory, patiently showed me 12-15 properties-always with a smile and personal curiosity. If I mentioned an idea or desire, she would incorporate that into our search, or send me information on how to accomplish it (like putting in a pool). She was always prepared, had print-outs for every house we toured (it was during Covid so flyers weren't being printed) and if she didn't know the answer to a question, she got the answer in mere minutes. Nothing fell through the cracks! Once we found the house we wanted, Kristen moved us through the process gently, reminded us of things we forgot, and suggested everything we needed to make sure there were no surprises waiting for us after escrow. With our permission, Kristen scheduled all inspections, was personally there for them even when we couldn't be (we're moving from out of town). She alerted us to things we might want to investigate further, and reassured and educated us about things for which we know very little (propane tanks, etc). Kristen is the ultimate professional. She is detail oriented, has excellent communication skills and her responsiveness is stellar. I can't recommend her enough. I'm just waiting for friends to visit & decide they want to move to the area so I can recommend her. It would be a terrible disservice to a friend to let them buy from anyone but Kristen. Give her your business. You will not be sorry...in fact you will be happy you found "the cream of the crop" realtor to work with. I've worked with many, and none stand out like Kristen. I was buying a home for the first time in 20 years, and was not completely up to speed with all the requirements of the process, as I'd become pretty rusty. nTiffni was responsive and always followed through and got back to me with any questions or concerns during the buying process. She was very good with E-mail and phone response, including text messaging to keep me informed. Several issues came up that she did not allow to derail the purchase, and they had to be satisfactorily resolved while working with myself, the seller's agent and seller, the loan company I selected, and of course the items on the house that needed to be corrected by the seller before the purchase could be completed. I was very pleased with Tiffni's representation as my agent as she definitely worked hard to help me get the deal, even though this was a fairly low commission sale for her (not one of her higher-end properties). Tiffni spent a lot of time on several different occasions to show me relevant properties. She understood what my needs were and we looked at properties that met the requirements. She didn't waste her time nor mine. nShe is knowledgeable, dependable, and professional.
