We met Krystealle only by chance because her associate was ill the day we were viewing properties. What a gem! Stacey’s knowledge of the area, which is what sets a realtor apart, is superlative! The entire process from the tour to the offer to the inspections, to the appraisal and dealing with the lender involved many hops in communication. Stacey handled everything flawlessly. Stacey’s support continues long after closing (she had the cutest welcome basket for us!), she ensured all our little upgrade projects had the right kind of businesses handling them - from yard work to handyman work to junk cleaning, house cleaning, pest control, and even electrical work! Stacy knew exactly what I needed and to accommodate my brother who is handicapped and has lived with me full time for years, moving out of the city and up into the mountains was quite a challenge for me. However, Stacy made it all possible, there were some issues that she handled with professional wisdom and expedited any changes needed to be done! This was my first home that I bought and the experience that I had with Stacy being my realtor. If I had to move and buy again I would call on her even if it was out of state!!! She understood my fears, my hesitations apprehensions and buying a new home and clearly made things understandable and easy to follow!! Also want to give a shout out to cross country mortgage!!
