Ralene is familiar with the Trilogy community. She was able to provide information about similar houses that were for sale as well as recent sales, all within the Trilogy community. A number of other comparisons that I had seen were to other areas of Rio Vista, which isn't an apples/apples comparison. The house was a trust sale and Ralene was very helpful in guiding me through the ins-and-outs of that type of sale. The house was completely empty, was freshly painted, and had brand-new carpeting. Because it was empty, Ralene 'staged' it, but the staging was very minimal. I was expecting a bit more, but it was probably better than showing an empty house. I lived over an hour from the house, and Ralene took care of some things for me like putting out the containers for the final trash/recycle pick up and container pick up, sending me some mail that arrived, and being my stand-in for an inspection walk-through. This was very helpful and saved me from making several 2+ hour round-trip drives to handle these tasks.

A phone call to Ralene and within a day she presented us a lovely porfolio with a number of comps to help us determine our sales price. Then helped us list AND sell our home while we were out of state. She knows how to market with professional photos and gets the job done.

Ralene is a real professional. She is very familiar with Rio Vista and the surrounding real estate market. She was always available for me. If she was busy with another client, she returned my call in a timely manner. Ralene knows how to get things done. My home needed some repairs and upgrades. Ralene knows people in all trades. She arranged to get my work completed in a short time and reasonable price in order to get my home on the market as quickly as possible. She staged the home nicely and it looked beautiful. My house went on the market on a Saturday, and I received an offer for full price two days later. Escrow closed in fewer than 30 days. It had been over 20 years since I had sold my previous home, and I was quite nervous and stressed about the whole process. Ralene took care of everything and put me at ease through the entire process. Ralene is a wonderful person and a fantastic realtor. I highly recommend her!
