Allicen was so wonderful to work with on the sale of my late parents home in Auburn Lake Trails. I live out of state, so being there at the house when something was needed wasn't always an option for me. Rita was very professional and made sure all inspections were done in a timely manner. We knew what we were getting into, and were able to reduce the price of the house sale to do the repairs. Would use Rita again if we ever decided to sell.
