Having to sell a property as a foreigner in a country where you don't know anything about the market, the habbits, the rules and procedures make you really need a professional! And here she is! Thanks to Marci, we never had a real worry. She took us through everything that had to be done in such a nice, friendly, helpful and always positive way, that it was really a pleasure. All communication was quick, responsive and effective even across different time zones. Even though our first (very quickly found) buyer could not get bank aproval for closure, Marci presented alternative buyers quickly and in the end made a better deal than originally estimated.
