My wife and I wanted to express our thanks to Brian who expertly navigated us through the sale of our house. He then proceeded to provide us with more information on what to expect, what our timelines were going to be and, also what we would need to prepare for. Little did we know the issues we would face during the closing process which were certainly challenging. Brain, however, was extremely patient with the buyer representatives, was deftly able to resolve issues and above all, always in contact and keeping us appraised by providing updates throughout the entire process.
