Briana helped us buy a home and close in less than 2 weeks in a very difficult market with multiple offers on the home we chose. She moved quickly to make sure our offer was the first and best even though others were higher. Briana listened to our needs and wants and showed us only those houses that met our requirements. Since we were new to Ventura she also referred us to several good contractors who could help us with the final touches. We have bought and sold many houses over the years and this was one of our smoothest transactions.

David is amazing. We have gone through two home purchase with him. One a a buyer of his listing, the other a sale of our home and a new purchase.
