I moved to Tuolumne County in 2015. In 2016 I joined the team of Gina Wertz and Associates at RE/MAX Gold. After winning REALTOR of the year in 2018; I started a new adventure as a primary agent. 2020 brought more change as I formed The BV Group. I have served on the Tuolumne County Association of Realtors Board since 2019 and have been elected to President in 2023. I also serve as a director at the state level with the California Association of Realtors. I work hard to make sure that my clients are happy, satisfied, and successful in their sales transactions. I stand on the foundation of communication throughout the transaction from beginning to end ... and beyond. Clients become friends ... and friends become family. I don't often leave reviews for anything unless I feel it is exceptional! My realtor, Brad Vondrak from Remax Sonora ca did an outstanding job working with myself and my mother. My situation was unique and he was able to mitigate everything that needed to be handled and above. From helping another realtor to sell my mother's home, aid the new purchase and keep track of title, financing company and all my requests he was a hustler!!! Quick to answer emails and calls and always remained calm and professional. If you are looking for a hard working, good humored realtor but humble this is your person. Thank you Brad for everything you have made this experience as fun as it can get!!!!

Brad was absolutely awesome!!!! He sold my house after being on the market for over a year, I had totally lost hope and thought I was going to let it foreclose. He did major research and marketed to the right places. I could not be happier with Brad. He was always professional and extremely responsive to any questions and concerns I had. I would highly recommend Brad, buying or selling he really knows his stuff. Thank-you again Brad! I couldn' the have asked for a better experience.

Having Brad as a realtor was such a great...

Having Brad as a realtor was such a great experience. He was always there and helped ease all the stress that comes with purchasing a home. We purchased a HUD home and Brad was always in our corner throughout the whole process. I highly recommend him as a realtor for any one looking for a new home.

Very professional and proficient!! Great team work as a whole!! I will always use and recommend this amazing team!! Gina went over and beyond for us. We had one of those escrows that became very complicated and this team worked so hard to make sure everything went smooth. They went over and beyond with every issue and were always there to reassure my wife and I. Again, I'll always recommend Gina and her entire team.
