Lynn first helped us to find a house we love in Manassas before we sold our existing home. She patiently took us through neighborhoods without pressure until we were ready to buy and by that time she knew just what we were looking for in a home. Once we had determined we were ready to move, she only needed to show us 3 homes to find just the one we wanted. Our toughest decision at that point was WHICH one we wanted most. She also helped us understand that we could buy it and then sell our home after some renovations. She put us in contact with a wonderful finance team that made it happen. Once we had purchased our new home, Lynn and her design team helped to determine what renovations and improvements would be best for the market. She handled all the contracting details to include a complete bathroom renovation, upgrade of second full bath, moving a wall to enlarge the laundry room, repainting the whole house, replacing paneling with drywall, replacing all carpeting and refinishing the hardwood where needed. We didn't need to arrange a thing. She then staged the whole house for us and we received 2 full price offers with escalation clauses the first full day it was listed. She helped us with the inevitable back and forth of home inspections, HOA issues, termite inspections, home warranties, and everything. Her expertise was invaluable and we received over list price and closed 25 days after the initial listing. My wife and I would recommend her and her team over any other realtor in the area.
