I fondly remember buying my first home 20 years ago with the help of an amazing agent. The whole process was fascinating to me and I really enjoyed it! It made such a lasting impression that I decided to jump into the real estate world as an agent myself in 2016! Bottom line, it was a straightforward and enjoyable house selling process.

Sheila’s years of experience in real estate shows through in everything she does. It starts with her walking us through what each step would be and how the process would work. Next her knowledge of realty procedures and market values enabled her to recommend a reasonable price range for the property and when it should be put on the market. Throughout the entire process she quickly and professionally answered all our questions and concerns. Her experience with different Title agencies provided for a very easy and smooth closing procedure.

She came out show us how to display our home, help us thru the process of paper work to get to closing, and what to do after closing. she is wonderful to work with and if we have another place to sell we will be calling her to sell it.
