He is extraordinarily knowledgeable about the Jersey Shore and guided me toward a great place, negotiated an excellent price and made the process extremely smooth. When I was in the position of having to sell the property recently, he has been on top of pricing structure, giving excellent advice on how best to present the property and how to conclude the deal. I am most grateful that he has been there for us throughout the closing process to help ready the property for transition, which was especially important because I was unable to be present for a number of tasks. The most important thing in an agent is for him/her to know the area where you want to live. John is very knowledgable about real estate in Monmouth Beach, Long Branch, and surrounding areas. He is friendly and low key. When we were house-hunting, we found him to be proactive about finding us just what we were looking for without an ounce of pressure. He then rented our house for a much higher monthly rate than we expected and ensured a reliable tenant. He still takes the time to keep in touch about local real estate happenings.
