About DEBBIE

I’ve been helping folks buy and sell homes in Skagit Valley since 1986. Born and raised here, I know the market like the back of my hand (and maybe better than GPS). My clients call me experienced, honest, and easy to work with—which is realtor-speak for “someone you actually like spending time with"

About Tracy

After 30 years in the South King County area, my husband (and fellow Real Estate Specialist) Owen and I made a move to the beautiful Skagit Valley area! We have three wonderful children and five beautiful grandchildren. We've lived and worked in and around the Seattle area for many years and are loving expanding our business north to Mt. Vernon, Anacortes, LaConner and all areas in between. Owen got a boat, a little tractor and is loving life with a bit of land. When we're not working, we love fishing, crabbing, shrimping, traveling and entertaining family and friends. We love HOMES, football (Go Hawks!), watching old movies and touring our wonderful local wineries. If you, or any of your friends or family, would like to know more about homes in these areas, let us know...we'll be happy to take great care of you and them!

About Benjamin

Skagit County is home. I grew up here, went to high school here, played sports here, lead Young Life here, worked at the YMCA here, coach high school basketball here, serve on the Club Hoop board here, and I take care of people here. Between Club Hoop, Young Life, and coaching, I've been blessed to get to know the younger generation in this community. Between the YMCA and growing up here, I know a lot of the older folks too. I have clients of every age and every stage of life, and that's the fun part of this job. My only job is to serve you. If I don't think a house is right for you, I'll tell you. If I have to sacrifice something to get you the house you want, I'll do that too. My business model is servanthood first. I'll work with anyone I can, whether it's their first house or their tenth. I'm with RE/MAX Gateway, and Shane Servoss is my mentor. When you hire me, you get both of us. If you're thinking about a move, this year or three years out, I'd love to buy you a coffee and talk it through. That conversation costs you nothing.

My personalexperience buying a home with Debbie Benjamin as my agent was flawless

Working with Debbie was a pleasure. She was right there whenever I had any questions. I really enjoyed looking for the perfect house for me, with her. She was very prompt at getting back to me and taking care of whatever it was I needed. Her experience and knowledge shined. I don’t have anything but positive things to say about my experience finding a home and getting everything done in a timely manner. She is a true professional in the business. I highly recommend giving her a call when you’re ready to buy a home.

Debbie Benjamin of RE/MAX Gateway/Anacortes is the one to choose.

For this first time home seller, Debbie Benjamin proved to be invaluable in leading me through the process to a successful outcome. She's very knowledgeable, market savvy, and personable. She always communicated with me in a timely manner, and was patient in explaining everything. I'll definitely call upon her for any future real estate dealings.

DEBBIE BENJAMIN ROCKS

Under sad circumstances we needed sell our late daughter's home. Our daughter, while fiercely fighting breast cancer found herself with an incomplete kitchen remodeling project. After she passed, Debbie and her colleague, Charlene Janz stepped up to help grieving parents get the house ready for sale. Within 6 weeks this unfinished little bungalow was remodeled and refreshed. Less than a month later the sale closed. There were several offers and Debbie walked us through every offer, clearly explaining issues with each one. We are not neophytes to real estate transactions, but Debbie far exceeded our knowledge and she conveyed that knowledge to us with clarity and, most of all compassion. We so appreciate her professionalism.
