Linda was an outstanding agent. She always had my best interest in mind and I feel that I got the maximum sale price I was able to get at the time of the sale. She stood up to the other agents when she felt she needed to and was able to navigate me through the sales process like a professional. I believe the multiple buying agents made their best attempts to negotiate a better deal for their clients. In the end, Linda's knowledge and professionalism protected my interests and the buying agents were unable to negotiate a better deal. She fended off the wolves for me. Thank you, Linda!

Linda, is great she didnt just help me find the home I purchased she walked me through the entire experience. It has been a pleasant experience working with Jacob! He was so patient with us as we toured one of the houses 3 times trying to make a decision. We never felt forced to make an offer. With our budget in mind, Jacob was able to provide completely honest feedback and comments on the properties we were interested in. He always got back to us and worked with us on our schedule. When we finally found the one we liked and ended up in a bidding war, Jacob walked us through every step of the negotiations until we got the house. I had Jacob managed to sell my home in Chino Hill CA in 2014, the process was smooth and fast and we closed our escrow a little less than 30 days. He also helped us to find our new home in Anaheim Hills, we had a few issue with the lender which cause us couldn't close escrow on time but Jacob managed everything in the most professional way so we did not got any penalty from the escrow office. I will recommend Jacob for any real estate needs.
